In Canada national legislation for the Home Inspection Industry  is non-existent which can expose corporations to liability. To mitigate this we established our own National Insurance Program which is still the only one of its kind in Canada. It's a mandatory component for our Home Inspectors and is designed to protect  our corporate clients and invested parties from suspect litigation.
